Hey, Guys! Alright, so, I’ll be reviewing the levels of the game by 3’s. Let’s go! Level 1: Prologue: Battle of Endor. This might seem like a strange beginning to this game, but it’s a great way to kick it off. The Gameplay: It’s a really fun level and easy beginning to it. The characters you have at the start are, Han Solo [Endor], Princess Leia [Endor, not her ewok village outfit], and Chewbacca. You have to get to the top of a ledge using a multibuild, and defeat 12 stormtroopers. Then either Han or Leia must use their grappling hook to free Wicket the Ewok. Next, Wicket can crawl through a small slot made for short characters. Wicket then must push a bundle of branches and stuff down to our heroes, in which Chewie can build a wall to climb up to a red brick. Chewie then smashes the wall and rebuilds it into a ladder to climb a tree where he can pull a strength handle. [This is from gameplay footage online.] Chewie then jumps down and runs over to another handle. He pulls it, which activated a log smash object to destroy an AT-ST. With that out of the way, our heroes enter the first blaster battle of the game. You must shoot down 5 stormtroopers and 4 scout troopers. We next move up to another AT-ST, which we easily destroy by shooting fuel cells. With crisis averted, wicket then waddles over to some more ewoks, which he can command. They all go over to a small slot which leads to a giant log pile, so they all push it, and down tumbles yet another AT-ST. The little guy then uses the bricks from the walker to build a mini one. He blasts the other logs blocking Han, Chewie, and Leia’s way. The blast also frees R2-D2. Another build makes a ramp for them to climb. After smashing the mini walker, Wicket builds a elevator, which Leia uses to get to a minikit. Smashing it again, Leia builds a terminal and elevator that R2 can operate. After that, smashing some crates and blasting some troopers, a grapple point is built to swing to another walker. With some button mashing, Han throws the pilot out and now pilots it. Mwhahaha! We then destroy everything in sight, and blow troopers to bits. Or, really, bricks. Then Han shoots some gold counterweights to drop a bridge to cross. We then destroy some more walkers and finally come to the shield generator. Han and Leia jump out of the walkers and a multibuild appears. Chewie decides to build a hat machine which he then selects a walker pilot helmet. The Imperials fall for it and that completes Part 1. After the cutscenes, we jump into the final duel with Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker battling Emperor Palpatine. The battle is recognized very well with the rebels battling the empire outside in space. Vader is injured and limps when he runs. Luke has great attacks and so does Darth. The first obstacle is using the Force to control some robotic arms which grab the emperor. Next, Surprisingly, is a multibuild, which creates a TIE fighter and X-wing that swarm him and blast him but don’t destroy him. He then flings the duo down a level and runs to meet them. He uses the Force to make debris fly around him, which protects him. You must throw your Lightsaber up to hit two targets, and that stuns him, but he’s still strong. Vader then uses The Force AGAIN, and throws things at him, which finally knocks him out, or so they think. Vader and Luke move in, but of course, Palpatine tricks them and zaps Luke with Lightning. Vader is also pushed back, and the button mashing standoff begins and ends quickly, with Vader triumphing and throwing The Emperor down the abyss. The next moments are the scenes with the helmet removal and space battle. That takes us to Part 3. We now have control of the classic Millennium Falcon, with Lando Calrissian and Nien Nunb flying it. The first part of it is on-rails type flying, where you’re just shootin’ TIE’s. We then dive into the reactor and blast at overhangs and more fighters. We finally reach the huge reactor and have to blast it with torpedoes and shoot the heck out of it. Lando and Wedge Antilles zoom out and in a cutscene, The Death Star explodes beautifully. Lando shouts his famous, ”yeeehaaaa!” and it cuts to the party scene and that’s where this level ends. So, lets get on the collectibles in this level. Their are 3 gold bricks to get, 1 red brick, and 10 minikits just like other Lego games. Another thing is if you collect all the minikits, you earn a mini version of a star wars vehicle. In this case, its a mini AT-ST. The unlockable vehicles are: Millenium Falcon [classic], Rebel Alliance X-wing, Endor Speeder bike, and Falcon and X-wing microfighters. The Unlockable Characters are: AT-ST Pilot, Chewbacca, Darth Vader, Han solo [Endor], Lando Calrissian, Logray the Ewok, Luke Skywalker [Episode 6], Princess Leia [Endor], Wedge Antilles, Wicket, C-3Po [Classic], and R2-D2. Whew! Alright, that’s level 1 so see ya soon for level 2: Assault on Jakku!
